Exchange and Return Policy
At OUD LOVER, we care about your complete satisfaction with your purchases. Below, we clarify the terms and procedures for exchange and return to guarantee your rights in accordance with applicable regulations.
Exchange Policy:
1. Without prejudice to statutory and contractual warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to exchange a product provided by the store within fourteen (14) days following the date of receiving the product. The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product after the lapse of fourteen (14) days.
2. To exchange a product, it is required that the product is in a sound condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained any benefit from it. The store reserves the right to inspect the product prior to replacement to ensure its condition. The consumer shall bear the shipping costs in the event of an exchange request. For international exchanges, the consumer bears the full shipping costs and delivery of the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or an error, the consumer will be compensated.
The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:
1. If the product was manufactured at the request of the consumer or according to specifications specified by them, excluding products that have a defect or violate the specifications determined by the consumer.
2. If the product consists of video tapes, CDs, DVDs, or software programs that have been used.
3. If the product consists of newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or any other copyrighted material.
4. If a defect appears in the product due to improper possession or misuse by the consumer.
5. If the contract covers accommodation, transportation, or catering services.
6. If the contract involves the purchase of downloadable software via the internet.
Return Policy:
1. Without prejudice to statutory and contractual warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product provided by the store within fourteen (14) days following the date of receiving the product. The consumer is not entitled to return the product after the lapse of fourteen (14) days.
2. To return a product, it is required that the product is in a sound condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained any benefit from it. The store reserves the right to inspect the product prior to accepting the return to ensure its condition.
3. The consumer shall bear the costs arising from the return process. In the case of international returns, the consumer bears the full shipping costs and delivery of the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or an error, the consumer will be compensated.
